Samuli has advised both local and international investors as well as energy and utility companies.
He has experience in numerous prominent M&A transactions and financing arrangements in Finland and elsewhere in the Nordic countries. Samuli has also previous experience in, for example, electricity market analysis at Fortum.

Samuli holds a M.Sc. and a B.Sc. in Industrial Management from University of Vaasa. He has also studied as an exchange student for a semester at the IÉSEG School of Management in Paris, focusing on finance studies. In addition, he has done additional studies in energy technology at LUT University. Samuli is a native Finnish speaker, he speaks fluent English and knows the basics of Swedish.
