OBH has acquired 2 schools
Omsorgsbolig Holding AS (“OBH”) has acquired 2 schools in Fredrikstad and in Moss. The schools are centrally located in growing cities in the County of Viken. The schools have high quality in- and outdoor facilities for approx. 500 children and are operated by Children’s International School on long term lease agreements. The schools follow the International Baccalaureate program and are well-recognized by pupils, parents and in national tests. The acquisitions are part of OBH’s strategy to expand its portfolio within health, care and educational infrastructure in Norway.
